In a statement the band says, "Our ability to choose our own path regardless of current or past status quos is a defining characteristic of Title Fight. We are humbled to be a part of the Anti- roster where we feel these qualities will be strengthened and supported.” Awesome!

ProbCause's latest single, "Pale Moonlight," is a melancholy, jazz-infused soundscape that features trumpeter Donnie Trumpet and vocalist KSRA, with additional production by Wes P. "Jewels, brilliantine/Stardom and majesty/Like a king to riches, pursue the brilliant skin that's me/Cause I can't scream that loud - I'ma treasure - quiet like Chicago crowds," sings KSRA on the song's chorus. ProbCause explains, "she's basically talking about being out on the town, all done up and knowing that she's a queen whether other people know it or not.
Reunite for the Night" is the latest single from Dizzy's recently released State of Mind EP, which XXL calls, "a quality offering from an MC that has tasted success and wants more." Adding on to the critical praise, HotNewHipHop says that "much of the EP has a smoothed out feel, a signature sound from the stoner, but he did provide songs that could move a crowd, perhaps even more than usual." In support of the EP's release, Dizzy just began a 19-city State of Mind tour, which is sponsored by Scion AV.

Polyvinyl Records and American Football's deluxe edition reissue of the influential Chicago/Urbana, IL band's seminal self-titled 1999 debut album is finally available.

2xLP (Red Vinyl), 2xCD, cassette tape, and digital formats the deluxe edition reissue features beautifully expanded packaging and incorporates new photographs from Chris Strong along with lyrics, detailed liner notes written by the band, and never-before-seen band pictures.

This fall the band will reunite for their first live shows since disbanding 15 years ago, playing The Pygmalion Festival as well as three sold-out shows at Webster Hall in New York City. The incredible excitement surrounding the late '90s indie rock trio's - Mike Kinsella (Cap'n Jazz, Owen, Owls), Steve Lamos, and Steve Holmes - album reissue and reunion shows was on full display when American Football's three night run at Webster Hall in NYC this October surprised many by selling out in a matter of minutes. Even the band were taken aback. "We had no idea," Kinsella told Noisey of their shock in a recent interview. "We played to like 40 people, at our biggest show ever, in a basement back in the day."

On Bittersweet Victory, Vedere puts everything going on in his mind, and in his life into perspective for the audience, whether it be dealing with relationships, confidence, or being a lyrical beast. With a variety of song concepts on display, Vedere bears his soul and provides the listener with sultry tracks while simultaneously spitting the cold hard truth. The Windy City's complexity plays well against Noelz' upcoming studio debut, Bittersweet Victory. The album, featuring Freddie Gibbs and The Cool Kids' Sir Michael Rocks, is heavy on both inspiration and aspiration. Listen & Stream Above.
THE DISTRICTS EP OUT NOW ON FAT POSSUM

Philly band The Districts are a young four-piece band who recently released their self-titled EP on Fat Possum. Since then, the band has toured North America, playing shows with White Denim, Dr. Dog, and more. The band kicked off their summer tour dates with being named by Consequence of Sound as "Best Newcomers," noting that "lead singer Rob Grote's raw energy made him one of the most memorable frontmen of the entire weekend." And the band will continue winning people over throughout the summer, with their own headlining dates alongside big name festivals like this weekend's Boston Calling, as well as Ottawa's Bluesfest, Lollapalooza and Outside Lands. Quite an impressive schedule, but the band is more than up to the task with their incredibly energetic live shows.
Beach Day New Album Native Echoes out August 19 on Kanine Records Stream "All My Friends Were Punks" at Consequence of Sound. Native Echoes can be pre-ordered now on CD and LP in the Kanine Records online store.
Into It. Over It. are looking forward to a busy summer and fall of touring in support of the breakout album Intersections, which catapulted the multifaceted songwriter Evan Weiss to the forefront of what, much to the bemusement of its subjects, has been dubbed an "emo revival". Stereogum, Pitchfork, Noisey and many others have looked to Weiss in particular for input as they examined the broadly interpretedgenre's recent resurgence in popularity. Years of connections made via intimate basement shows and Weiss' endless creative energy (he also plays in the band Their / They're / There with Mike Kinsella and has produced multiple albums including You Blew It!'s well received 2013 release Keep Doing What You're Doing), has positioned him, somewhat reluctantly, at the epicenter of the phenomenon.

The recently announced tour dates include upcoming shows with reunited bands Mineral and Owls, as well as headline gigs and an appearance at Lollapalooza 2014. Upcoming tour dates below.
